Beef Bourguignon ~ tender chunks of beef, lightly floured and browned then cooked slowly with chopped carrots, onions, herbs and mushrooms in a thick red wine sauce

Beef Short Ribs ~ seasoned and slow roasted

Beef Tenderloin Marsala ~ medallions of beef tenderloin in a rich marsala sauce

Veal Parmigiana ~ lightly breaded with parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses, marinara sauce and fresh basil

Grilled Rib Eye ~ served with mushrooms, caramelized onions, garlic butter or au jus


Pork

Smothered Pork Chops ~ lean pork chops sautéed and smothered in rich onion gravy

Cornbread Dressing Stuffed Pork Chops ~ thick pork chops stuffed with our cornbread dressing .
